The HQ Flash was previosly worn by Cadre Staff and BN hq Staff, It was replaced by the Blue 20Bn Flash in the 1990's, The Flash Signifies the Phoenix rising from the ashes and 3 Burning Castles form the Crest Of Dublin City.
